The challenge
Leverage sustainability to drive growth, differentiation, innovation and positive impact across a highly decentralised organisation.
What we did
Working with the Group sustainability team and regional businesses, we helped Compass to focus on where they could create a disproportionate impact: by driving wellbeing and shifting global customers to healthy, sustainable diets.
Ran workshops with regional and local operating companies, each at different stages on their sustainable food journey.
Identified innovative projects and technologies with larger clients that could be replicated across other regions.
Designed a sustainability strategy that set out 3 overall global sustainability priorities underpinned by 9 ‘action platforms’ allowing flexibility across a decentralised and diverse organisation.
