Delivering healthy, sustainable diets to millions

 

The challenge

Leverage sustainability to drive growth, differentiation, innovation and positive impact across a highly decentralised organisation.

 

What we did

Working with the Group sustainability team and regional businesses, we helped Compass to focus on where they could create a disproportionate impact: by driving wellbeing and shifting global customers to healthy, sustainable diets.

  • Ran workshops with regional and local operating companies, each at different stages on their sustainable food journey. 

  • Identified innovative projects and technologies with larger clients that could be replicated across other regions.

  • Designed a sustainability strategy that set out 3 overall global sustainability priorities underpinned by 9 ‘action platforms’ allowing flexibility across a decentralised and diverse organisation.
